Dwelling House

The GMIT Department of Building and Civil Engineering and the GMIT Teaching and Learning Office are developing freely available asynchronous courses relevant to Irish dwelling houses which encompass Irish Built Environment Regulations.

The courses are available to Professionals in the Built Environment for CPD purposes. They are also available to Lecturers in the Built Environment, who can incorporate them into learning, either as face-to-face, online, blended or flipped classroom learning activities, within larger module and programme offerings. Each short course includes an assessment of learning and issues a pdf certificate upon completion.
